Well, it looks like four pounds every two weeks is my rate of loss, because I've been losing that much for the last month or two. I am one pound away from being halfway to my goal! This is so exciting. I'm now up to 55 carbs a day. I feel grateful for being able to have that much and still lose considerable and consistent weight. My metabolism must be faster and healthier than I thought.
I exercised three times in the last two weeks. Not too shabby, but I still have room for improvement.
It is taking me a long time to read the book I'm reading. I only read about ten pages at a time and I don't read every day. That's okay though. I just keep plugging away at it and see where it takes me.
I'm looking forward to the next two weeks and I feel hopeful about my progress.
