Trying to eat clean today. 2 grapes here, a couple slices of beef bologna there - the sugar sneaks in here and there. For breakfast I had 3 slices canadian bacon and 2 eggs fried in butter.
I was up until 2 am working so I am tired today. My weight is bouncing around 314 - 315 so the real challenge is being patient while I wait for the weight loss to begin again. Gotta keep the eating clean and remember my intermittent fasting!
