Completed my first week on the Ideal Protein Diet. My weight loss was 6 lbs. I am happy and encouraged to keep going. The supplements (packaged food) was tolerable and kept me full by adding the 4 cups of vegetables and 8 oz of chicken/fish/eggs I was able to eat each day.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
