ok, i need to learn how to do this diet right....
i had some preset ideas but i want to lose this weight as fast as possible.

so as sugested by Dr. Fung of
www.kidneylifescience.ca/drjasonfung , i will be

eating all my food withing an 8 hour period.
and not eating after 6 pm.
this will cause a 16 hour fasting period everyday. which is necessary for your body to heal.
and try to NOT SNACK AT ALL! this will be the hardest for me when im at work.

I understand that! People bring goodies into work ALL the time at my establishment! It sucks but as long as you eat proper meals you shouldnt be hungry for snacks. Don't skip meals, if you need to, bring freaking eggs and kale and butter with you! Who cares what people think. You have an oven at work, you can make anything there.

on 9/11 random people kept dropping boxes of doughnuts, cookies, and cake! it was ridiculous! i wanted to put a sign on the door saying "TO BETTER SERVE YOU COMMUNITY WE ONLY ACCEPT VEGGY TRAYS"

thats good! this is a good site, I always use it, sometimes I see good recipes too. People bring sweets in practically EVERY DAY at my work! Evil!

Hey Hilary I just finished the first lecture on The Aetiology of Obesity. I have heard a lot of it already, but he makes it easy to listen to and easier to understand than crusty Gary Taubes LOL! He is pretty hilarious too I was laughing several times.

Awesome! that means you are already getting the benefit of appetite control! it makes it a lot easier not to snack.
