Post Birthday weight 😏 Oh Well, it was worth it.... Back on it now.... Get those few lbs back off.... Veggie week in order I think 😊
153.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
