we had a our farm fest at church last night so...i was surrounded by candy-lots and lots of candy. i was good although i did get a couple of diet cokes. the chili i ate was homemade,but all i saw on the food search was canned so that's what i put. you know i feel better after doing what i did yesterday. i had 300 cal. at supper and it made a difference in how i feel this morning.

Look @ U! 148.8??????? That's great! Girl, you did a WHOLE lot better than I did this weekend! Good for you! I bet you feel a whole lot better physically & mentally than I do too! I can't seem to say NO to all of the bad foods when they are within my reach! And then I feel like crap afterwards! UGH! :(

well i was doing good until we got the candy home! i ate it sat,but it hasn't shown back up on the scale yet 8-* hahaha!if i wasn't so busy yesterday i would have pigged plum out
