Going in for my last weigh in today. From the home scales without clothes I've lost 57.8 lbs in the last year. I think that is pretty darn good!

That is awesome.......That is what I lost in a year as well. I am back there now and I intend to lose another 30-50 pounds probably when my contract with LAWL ends which is soon.....Let's keep it going. WE can do this!!!
