So, seriously reducing my sugar intake the last couple days(swapped to no sugar added candy) and doing the oxo broth thing for breakfast and lunch (and snacks if I'm honest) has started to make inroads on reducing my girth. A shade under 5 pounds out since I last posted here. Not bad. Also, not sure I mentioned it before but over the weekend I started taking apple cider vinegar pills with each meal. could be doing nothing but it's cheap enough I'm not bothered by it. hell every little bit helps even if it's only psychological. Here's hoping the losses continue.
315.2 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 115.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
