I am new to fatsecret but I am not new to trying to lose weight.
So far I have lost 13lbs I found out yesterday that I lost 3 more lbs!! I'm so excited! I would really like to get down to 170lbs but I'm afraid that may not be possible becasue of my height and my build (I'm pretty muscular). I'm not as lean as I would like to be however, I would really like a 6 pack too! If I can get down to a size 9 I would be so happy! but we'll see. I'm actually tracking what I do this time so I can see what works for me and what doesn't. I really don't eat to well but that why I'm here.. to work on that fact. Good Luck to ME!
