Day 30
What a thirty days it's been too! I had all intentions on writing in my journal yesterday, but got booted from my laptop by my 16 year old son. LOL
Finally was able to walk yesterday. It took a whole lot of effort and it was harder than when I first began. But I walked 45 minutes at a pace of 3 miles per hour. By the end I was feeling better, but tired for the right reasons, exercise.
Tomorrow's goal
Get back out in the gym/garage and push through!
