WATER CHALLENGE - 100% successful. 97 ounces today. Dinner was a struggle. Mike made spaghettt of which I ate too much. Got our walk in tonight after another storm came through. We were about a half mile from home when it started to rain again. Did I mention that Drake doesn't like the rain? And it was dark and he's not allowed outside when its dark so that last half mile was quite eventful! We made it home no worse for weat - just a little wet. 10,323 steps!
Mike has already agreed that we can hit the gym on Saturday before we head up to Traverse City. We are going to get up there about 2 or 3 hours before my friends so we will walk the beach for a few miles too, I will get in as many steps as possible and try to make the best food choices all weekend. The biggest challenge is when everyone wants to go to the bar at nightime and drink and i just don't want those emply calories. The ice cream shop is another big challenge but I will be tough and when Im feeling weak, I will think of you and will hold my ground.'
