Was so excited to eat this! Veggie chowder and a huge salad is my main meal this Sunday :) a very chill and delicious day ☆

ありがとう! 😄 とてもおいしかった😋🍴💕 I didnt use a recipe for the stew :/ First I lightly cooked some onions in ghee in a pot, then added water, brought it to a boil, then added carrots, sweet potatoes, frozen broccoli, okra and mushrooms. I also added almond milk, salt and pepper to taste. To thicken I used a cream stew powder I have…cause Im too lazy to make a base on my own 😅 but I've heard it's pretty easy!
