Starting out with little goals that hopefully are easy to achieve.
1. Work everyday to consume fewer calories, especially carbs.
Goal: down to 1200-1300 calories per day
2. Work everyday to burn a few more calories.
Goal: up to 4000-4700 calories burned per day

Roadblocks: Halloween candy
Fewer daylight hours

I have been fighting the carb thing for years. I have a syndrome that keeps my body from processing them correctly. Feel free to look at my meals and if I can be of any help let me know....Don't look at the M&M's I havde been having the last couple of days :)

Thanks for the comment. Looks like you eat fruit often. I usually feel better when I eat more fruits and veggies and nuts. I just didn't buy any fruit or nuts this week because I needed to buy stuff for fall festivals and halloween. I plan to do better next week. When the fatigue from fibromyalgia flares up I tend to crave sweets and breads.
