I'm a bad bad girl! I spent all day cleaning and didn't eat enough this morning and then didn't even think to eat again until I was getting shaking a felt like I might pass out.
I KNOW BETTER!
I've been a little cranky today so that might have had something to do with it. I find that if I am actually filling out fatsecret during the day as I eat things that I follow through on eating properly. I'm going to be gone a good portion of tomorrow so I really have to plan out my food.
It can be done!
