Soooo, I feel like I have been gone so long I need to reintroduce myself. I am looking into joining Curves to help me to shed some poundage even on somewhat bad days. I am back to trying to count my calories and slowly will introduce my medifast foods sitting in my cabinet because going from MCD to Medifast is sure way to barf. Don't hold me to it, but I am giving this a go again and am hoping for the best. I know I have to get back down as I never met my goal of seeing under 300 pounds. So,
