Hangin in there and getting back in a "normal" schedule. Last week I didnt get in any gym time but it was a pretty busy week. Back at work full time this week and have already hit the gym and did some yoga. Planning on going to the gym tonight and picking up a healthy sandwich for lunch. Next step is logging it all!
