Day 1: End of Day
I'm not really sure if this is going to work but I hope by tracking & monitoring my eating patterns I can replace my unhealthy eating patterns with healthy ones. I also hope that by constantly updating this site with my calorie consumption and the occasional Journal Entry will help my achieve my goal. That is to be a fat American rather than an obese one....baby steps people!
The Strategy: Eliminate Carbonated Beverages. Eliminate Fried Foods. Eliminate Mayonnaise & Ranch. Limit Starches to post work out meals. Increase Protein Intake to at least 100G/Day. Increase Vegetable Intake. Decrease Calorie Intake to 2000G/Day.
