I really blew it this weekend. We went out to dinner with friends Friday, went fishing all day Saturday (with mostly junk food) then had a fish fry Sunday. I am honestly feeling pretty awful from all of the crappy food I have eaten lately. Today I am fasting and hope to get back on track for good.

Yea weekends can be challenging for a diet or even trying to eat better. The nice thing is that with fasting it can help get you back on track. I have not been doing well at all myself. Although I do walk at least 2 miles a day with the dogs I haven't settled into a good eating habit.

The walking is awesome mama. I need to get back to a good workout schedule. I know Diogie will be happier when he gets more exercise too.

it is pretty good nice having Mikey here to incourgage me to take the long walks. We walk most mornings and nights now. He likes getting out and about, it wares both Boo and Mikey out for the evening of relaxation which is always good. One of these days i will get back into fixing better meals. Would like to fast but it is very hard when Dad wants to eat all the time.
