Usual, exercise and supplements. Ate 1 star fruit, handful blueberries, cauliflower & homemade pasta sauce. About 350 cals.. No significant weight loss, but feel good and thinner. After a good look at myself, decided to make my goal 175lbs. or less. Last time I weighed that was probably around 1985. Should have taken better care of myself. Cheers
