Was plannig to swim for 30 min in the morning and still do my walk home this evening - Raining cats and dogs - could not convince myself to get out of bed....But will walk home for sure (rain or shine). I got on the scale today and its still not moving....a little frustrating but will plod on...
My lovely wife came to the office this afternoon to join me in my walk....we did 7.5 miles in 2h 10m so 3.6 mph.....today was her first day out with me...tomorrow will be the telling tale....
