OK, time for a reboot, before I lost all of the gains I had worked hard to achieve back in August.
My problem now is going to be Halloween chocolate: there's obviously a lot of it in the house right now, and it's all those little pieces that don't seem like much when you have them, so you don't feel too guilty about it, but quickly forget that you've had one already when you go for the second, and then the third... Seriously, I could polish the lot off in just a few days, so I need some motivation to not do that.
