It’s a lot of fish everyday.... I over used my ankle this past week and knew I wouldn’t exercise yesterday so I made sure to plan my meals protein heavy so I’d be satisfied and not eat out boredom. It worked, foot is better and today is beach day!!!! The cauliflower rice is jazzed up with garlic, shallot, ginger, jalapeños, salt, pepper and dash of coconut milk!!! 😊 My plaiting isn’t like yours, Rosios or Moo’s perhaps but my flavors are in point!!!!!! Love me some tasty foods and body is happy around 1700 kcal per non exercise day...
