At a bit of a plateau.

Definitely not getting enough sleep, and also need to stick to the plan (which I have, but need to not give up which is what I used to do...)
No flour no sugar no alcohol and fasting 20 hours a day now
142.8 lb Lost so far: 54.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
