Every day is a new beginning. Yesterday is over and done with. My latest efforts with the mim recipe was so much better than the first. It makes a great breakfast muffin. I probably shouldn't eat one every day though, but it is a welcome change from eggs. Tonight is chicken. I am keeping Tyson's in business! I haven't cheated in so long I think I should be nominated for sainthood.
