Ate more than I @ meal than I normally do. but only ate 2 meals. I have done a lot of walking this weekend. I hope that I can atleast stay the same tomorrow. We will see!

not good to only eat 2 meals...slows your metabolism down...once in a while you might get by with it...keep on movin...you can do this...
