Well, I got on the scale this morning and I've gained a pound. I'm not recording it though because I know I'll be able to lose it again in a couple of days. The last couple of weeks I've fallen apart at the end of the week. I don't like to think I'm losing my motivation now that I'm seeing real weight loss. I just have to "get back in the saddle".
