Shifted my week -- totally forgot to workout on Monday - was engrossed with playing "tetris" with our contents of our home. So I shifted to include Saturday in this week only.

Ate healthier last night - one of my creative salads. Was hungry by 10:30am - so ate my lunch bar. Now have two packs of tuna to tide me over till this evening. If that doesn't work, I have salmon too.

Day 2: 9/3 - Did 1/2 of chest, shoulders and arms at lunch today. It's really hard to do the shoulder and arm moves with an elastic band that doesn't stretch my height. So I will do the remainder of the moves this evening. Will be a solid hour once I get done. And don't think I'm just knocking it outta the park...my reps consist of 1 up to 4 of the pushups and chair dips! The Shoulder and arms -- modified with the elastic band I can do more, but don't feel as effective as they should. The point is...I did half of it today in my office! Yeah! Now just have the mileage (2) and ARX - 13 reps of each move to knock out. And then...today will be done.

Slept poorly last night - nightmares. Ick. Usually don't get them. But when I do, let's just leave it at my imagination is a pretty scary place to be sometimes!

Day 1: 9/2 - worked out like a fiend! And loved every moment of it. "Lost" Turbo Fire (has since been recovered - thankfully!) and did Turbo Jam 20 minutes instead of Fire 30. Man I forgot how SLOW TJ is! Did Strength, and knocked out 2.8 miles - even increased the resistance just a teense!

I had a nightmare last night too. I remember it was about a spirit taking over our house, but it wasn't even our house, just strange. I seem to have dreams like that a lot, and I wake up and know it was a dream but it always feels so real. Maybe too much stuff on our plates and our brains are finding ways to tell us. Great job on the workouts!!

So weird that both of us had outlandish dreams last night! You're probably right -- too much stuff on our plates! I told my husband I sure wished I had a "nothing" box to hid in. He suggested that watching "Futerama" was my "nothing" box. For 20 minutes I can laugh at the creativity of the writers of that silly show. Hoping tonight is better for both of us!
