Been away to a conference. Weight is back up. I reset my goal to just aim for 10 pounds. Maybe I can succeed at that! My new goal is not to eat after 8 pm (preferably 7 but 8 to start.) Stickers for each day successful See if I can make it to 30 days and form a new habit :)
