Hooooly cow am I sore. Mostly, I'm sore in a good way, but my lower back really started hurting during Insanity yesterday, and it's still aching today. I have a really long torso, so when we kept having to bend over during insanity, it started to pull on those muscles. I'm going to buy a back brace though today to make sure I don't injure myself and so that I can keep doing the workouts! My eating hasn't been great, but it hasn't been deplorable either. I had a large breakfast (I woke up STARVING), but I have only had one other small meal up until now. I'm going to work out in a couple of hours (YAY KENPO X!!), and then I'm going to just try to get in all of the calories I need by the end of the day (the calories coming from good stuff, of course!). I'm thinking whole grains and maybe baked salmon? Whatever I make, I'm sure it will be good!

Glad to see your back into the INSANITY workout. Have to admit the first couple of days I started I was so SORE. Was starting to wonder what I got myself into. After the first week you wont feel the soreness anymore just the great feeling of having given everything you got for that hour of workout. Just remember DIG DEEPER.
