Happy 43rd birthday to me!! Had birthday cake 2 days in a row now...oh jeesh!!! Did get my 5.5 mile walk in today.
Looked on line for inspiration into a new, healthy diet...looking for ideas in better foods to eat. I'm very limited on how much I can spend on groceries weekly. This is both a blessing and a curse. If there's not much to eat, that can help, but if there's nothing but carbs and starches left, you either eat it, or wait til you can go to the grocery store, (which is usually Thursdays). The Curse is that we are not inundated with food out the wazoo!!
Here's too beginning a new challenge!!!
