Raining all night in northwest Alabama. Supposed to finished by lunch time. Weekend is supposed to be dry and cooler. I guess fall is here. Good day planned today. Also plan to stay busy this weekend so food is not my main thought. I did eat a couple of slices of pizza last night. My niece came over to watch a football game and we ordered pizza.

sometimes i think changing what you normally eat is a good thing, as it fools your body into thinkin that its gonna get that kind of food like it use to...i wouldnt worry about it...lots of water, exercise and im sure your graph wont show any gain...have a greatttttttt friday!!!
