Does anyone know any good easy work outs to start with at home? I don’t do much exercise but I want to change that to help me lose some weight! I just had back surgery 2 months ago so I still need to take it easy until I regain my back muscles! So no running at the moment for this one!

Put on some good lace-up shoes and head out for several short walks around the neighbourhood rather than one huge walk. Walking won't burn a lot of calories but it gets you moving and off the couch. It's also easy on the joints and back which is especially important for your recovering back.

i agree on the walks. I've lost almost 65lb since feb between proper eating (65% of the battle) and walking almost daily. 5000 steps is my minimum goal. Far from a strain. I have a bad back & osteoarthritis in my right knee & hip and find my level of walking works.
