I need some encouragement. Haven't been on in a while, life keeps getting in the way. And I have gotten lazy. The good news is I haven't gained anything, I've maintained. But I feel so sluggish from eating crap, I've lost my initial drive and I don't know why. 😔 Life is about the same as ever, definitely not worse. Please help. 🥺

Diet Calendar Entry for 04 July 2020:
1840 kcal Fat: 72.83g | Prot: 109.67g | Carb: 192.87g.   Breakfast:  Sugar,  Whole Milk,  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) ,  Scrambled Egg , Mission Flour Tortilla, Great Lakes Cheese Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese. Lunch: Snyder's of Hanover Mini Pretzels 100 Calorie Pack,  Provolone Cheese , Tyson Foods Italian Style Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Country Kitchen All Natural Whole Grain Oat Nut Bread. Dinner: Harvestland Ground Chicken Meatballs,  Chicken Stock Cubes (Dry, Dehydrated) ,  White Rice, Publix Baby Rainbow Carrots, Great Value Broccoli Florets. Snacks/Other:  Cucumber (Peeled) , Great Value Cashew Halves & Pieces. more...
