It's been a little while. I've been holding steady with the weight - but not at all with all the new 'life style' choices I had promised to make. Been back to visiting that old McD's dollar menu every day and indulging on bedtime deserts. My attitude and moods are off the chart lately - most likely due to all the junk I've been eating. Time to get back to it. I don't like to feel this way.
