Day 24
Well.... I did not hit the garage. Did not walk. Ugh! Yes I'm upset with myself for not pushing harder, but I must add that I really did not feel good today. My morning began with a migraine, the afternoon just exhaustion and tonight with not an ounce of strength for much of anything. There is nothing wrong with my appetite today! After I shook off the migraine I have been eat-eat-eating! This is a good thing I was starting to fall back into my old ways of skipping food.
So I will add it again.
Tomorrow's Goal
I need to hit the garage and walk walk walk! And if I do not follow through tomorrow, I need someone to give me rap on the back of my head (NCIS Gibbs style) Any volunteers? LOL
