Day 24

Well.... I did not hit the garage. Did not walk. Ugh! Yes I'm upset with myself for not pushing harder, but I must add that I really did not feel good today. My morning began with a migraine, the afternoon just exhaustion and tonight with not an ounce of strength for much of anything. There is nothing wrong with my appetite today! After I shook off the migraine I have been eat-eat-eating! This is a good thing I was starting to fall back into my old ways of skipping food.

So I will add it again.

Tomorrow's Goal

I need to hit the garage and walk walk walk!
And if I do not follow through tomorrow, I need someone to give me rap on the back of my head (NCIS Gibbs style) Any volunteers? LOL

It can be tough to get started when the morning begins rough. But just hit the Garage twice as hard tomorrow!! You can do it!!!!!!
