I weighed in yesterday but can't remember. i know it was a gain, most likely from eating out so much last weekend and then eating a lot of junk this week. With all that said, yesterday for the first time in weeks I was able to get my whole work out in and today is a new day. Putting myself back where I need to be.

Good fro you getting back on the exercise train - does the knee feel like it is totally back?

Hi HCB, no its not. The Dr said to let him know when I fall then they will talk about knee replacement. So I am working on making it strong so I don't need to go down that road for a while. How are you doing?
