Woke at 230.2, down 1.2 from yesterday. Did 37 minutes of weights and bodyweight work. Getting stronger but I have a long way to go. Took a quick blood glucose and ketones check as I ate 1000 calories yesterday and thought it might be low. Surprised at a 114 glucose reading and ketones were only .2 mm. My glucose has been just over 100 the last few times I've had it checked which is very unusual for me. I will be watching this closely. Starting with three cups of strong iced coffee. UPDATE: Wore a path to the bathroom all day and that proved out with a 228.7 number at 4:30. It's wine o'clock. Have a great long weekend, Americans!
