It's still Thursday morning. I slept in until almost 8 o'clock. I couldn't resist. I fried up 4 slices of bacon and 2 eggs. Threw in one slice of whole wheat toast, without margarine, then ate and drank coffee. I blotted all the grease I could from the bacon with paper towels, but then I fried the eggs up in the bacon grease. I know it was bad for me, because it tasted so good! Then I washed the dog; trying to get in at least two bathings for him per week. I hope it helps. He begins licking his feet as soon as I dry him off though. I'll yell at him a few times, and then he just sighs and goes to sleep.
Got in another good workout on the treadmill last night. I think it was the hottest day of the year. I moved one of the industrial fans in front of the treadmill, and it did make the running more comfortable. However, I still sweat my a$$ off, but not enough of it. Running 20 out of every 30 minutes now. I've used this plan before to get back in shape. It works for me, but it's not for the faint hearted. The plan came out of an old Runners World Running Log that I got with my subscription to Runners World years ago. Just as you almost get comfortable in one stage, it moves you out of your comfort zone to the next stage.
Going to work on kitchen stuff today. I'm starting to regret having decided to build all my own cabinets from scratch, but I do need the practice. I hope I can get her appliance wall done this weekend. It's something she has always wanted. She will have about a twenty foot wall of base cabinets with about 15 plug-ins, and of course a countertop to place all her appliances on. I'll try and send pictures later that will make sense of all this.
Please ignore the mess; I'm trying to reorganize as I build.
Every time someone calls me fat I get so depressed I cut myself... a piece of cake.
