Didnt realize how much I was eating until I entered in the numbers...

Same here, it was shocking to see and realize how much sweets I ate per day and the amount of carbs...started fatsecret a few days before being diagnosed with gestational diabetes and so now I have to limit the carb intake with everything I eat.

I reduced my caloric intake by about 400KCals...Think I am going to faint...I really need to lose this weight....

I am trying to figure what to eat without killing me in fats and carbs...good for you Elizabeth V for cutting back i know its hard.

Well Elizabeth it looks like you're doing great so far, you've lost in my opinion a significant amount of weight in a short amount of time.
