today was sad left work got home cleaned up ready for meeting with landlord also back to gym tomorrow first day back on diet i done well i gotta remember im only got 2 weeks till meal with nick anc carly and hopefully by then i can just eat and drink only that night. Jamaica is the long term body plan only 3 months away
184.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
