F*** BREAD okay, wait. I'm going overboard. Its not your fault bread. Last night I was so super fricken hungry, and I ate half a giant loaf of wheat french bread by myself. AAAAHHHH! It could be that I am on my period... it could be the ice cream I ate on saturday... But either way... I havent lost a single ounce. Maybe its just a fluctuation and tomorrow i'll see a better number. All i can do is work hard today, and be hopeful for tomorrow. Right? Yeah. *sigh* I need a break, but I really dont because I have been having a whole lot of 'breathing room' lately. I'm so stressed. and thats really what I need a break from.
I hope everyones day starts better than mine. I wont let this ruin it though. <3

We all have those moments and sometimes you need to give into your body's cravings to lose weight over the long term - as long as you don't do it all the time. Stress isn't good for weight loss, but it's part of life, it's going to happen. What I usually do is go ahead and eat some of what I want, even if it means going to McDonalds or Taco Bell (fast food addiction remember?) and eat about half of what I really want, or getting a diet drink instead of the real thing and then go work it off a little later. Don't beat yourself up, just dont' quit!! You're worth the work!
