True. Everytime you fall, you get a chance to pick yourself back up again. You can do it. I know that for me - and this is only my experience - the sweet coffee creamer makes me crave food all day. You might try eliminating that from your morning a few days and see if it helps.

I have tried and tried to do without it and I decided it is one vice I can't give up, at least not now. Maybe one day. Thanks for the tip though.I do agree it ensures mroe cravings.Glad your chart is going downward. I was doing really good until we went out for supper Saturday night at a buffet and the person acorss from the had blueberry pie and chocolate meringue pie for dessert. I slipped up tp the dessert bar and got a piece of chocolate pie. Big mistake. Seems it has really set off the sweet cravings. BUT I can get back on track. Just have to be determined and strong. I just hate that I have lost ground. The 5 pounds I had lost in two weeks is probably half back on and it will take a while to get back where I was. keep up your good work. BYe for now.

Have you tried heavy whipping cream and a touch of vanilla? Or the sugar free syrups with the heavy cream? Maybe one of those options will help you get past the big sugar monster that sprang from the chocolate pie. As you said, it is all about stopping the cravings. if the creamer is a must for you and normally does not cause the cravings - then stop it for a short time and get the monster back in its cage and then go back to what you love. I know how hard it is to lose 5 pounds and slip up for a couple days and find that you put it back on and more. It has happened to me more often than I can count. The key is to KNOW what damage you have done... For me, I often just don't weigh myself because I know I have been bad... That lets it get out of control. You wont do that i am sure :)

Yes it is. I don't know what I would do without the help I have received on this site. It is wonderful to know you are not alone
