Back in the 138’s now time to loose more weight.
June so far has yielded me 7.1kg loss, lets see what i can chip away today to make that a little higher.
June and July is all about correcting Covid Lockdown eating. Looking to get back to 130kgs by end of July. Then i start my journey to my goal weight.
