I wish to apologise to my friends on here for being out of touch for so long. If I have any left that is.... Your support has always helped me and it is invaluable knowing that you are out there, even if only in cyber land. I, however, have been absent from here for a while. As you know I have M.E (CFS) and have been busy with holidays and trips lately. This has taken it's toll on my health and I have been exhausted more so than usual. That means my computer time has lapsed quite dramatically. It is normally what keeps me going in my life but lately it has been too tiring, even a conversation was too much effort. The good news is I am recovered somewhat and ready to jump back in the saddle of my cyber life....
