PEANUT BUTTER IS AMAZING. Seriously, peanut butter is one of the only things helping me through this diet. When I'm hungry and I need a snack I just eat 2 tablespoons of it and i'm satisfied.

May want to consider the switch from peanut butter to almond butter? Both about the same calories, but almond butter is supposed to have 25% less saturated fat than peanut butter.
Almond butter has 26% more Vitamin E, 3% more Iron, and 7% more Calcium than peanut butter. It's higher in magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and antioxidants as well.
Just a thought! :-) Wayne
