Didn't sleep much last night 2, maybe 3 hours total. My family is on a second / third shift schedule and they sometimes forget (?) that I'm trying to sleep. Ah well, tomorrow's another day.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
