Tuesday. Really? Only Tuesday? Busy day ahead. 4 visits and a lot of driving. Been mixing up the exercise. Added my moms recumbent bike to the mix. I find it harder and harder to get up off the floor on home visits. Wonder if I should start taking a joint supplement. Getting old I guess. I'm seeing drops on the scale which is encouraging. I really need to get my groove back. All is well here. Just busy with work. Gonna work a kiosk in a mall this weekend. A new "hobby" as I've been using the ItWorks supplements some as well as the wraps. More than losing inches it's about health. I know a lot of people think its a hoax but I actually am seeing and feeling some positive results. Everyone is different. Well, no time to waste. Must get at it though I'd rather stay here, wax poetic, and read journals!
