Awwwww crap!! My whole workout routine has disappeared after being busy at work for the last 2 months. I have not been eating well at all. Started the whole fast food again, no sodas but still my choices which I thought were ok ended up being pretty bad (i.e bk fish sandwich and 30g fat!!) Argh. Time to fix!! I've only gained about 2.5 pounds..but surely my body fat percentage has increased.
