Well I just finished my second meal today and things are going very well. Eating the extra 2lbs of potatoes PWO wasn't a problem, and I wasn't really hungry until lunch. I did start getting foggy headed but that went away after I ate, making me think it was rebound hypoglycemia. Weird how it only makes me foggy though and not hungry (not sure whether that is physiological or psychological from years of dieting). I definitely enjoy the larger meals though and feel better throughout the day, especially since I don't need to worry about eating.
