Today is a great day to start Keeta! You can do it. I have lost 67 pounds since May and it is the first time in my life I have ever successfully dieted with a sensible plan and exercize. ...feelin' kind of proud of myself. I have a long way to go though and I'm looking forward to seeing 300 pounds on my way back down! Best of luck to you...and take it or leave it but I like to eat a hearty but sensible breakfast, typically around 450 calories. It sets me off to a good start and I don't feel hungry as much during the day.
